A great way to warm up before you hit the weights! Tabata training uses a system of a 20 second interval, and 10 second rest/8x. I have included 4 different exercises in this video: Bosu Step Ups, Bosu Mountain Climbers, Bosu Squat Jump and non locking Squats!
