I feel for Robert, i do. But there is a worst pain then never finding your other half, and that's losing it. I lost mine, we ended horribly. I carry 2 broken hearts on my sleeves, mine and hers. There is no worst pain than that, so if you haven't found yours yet, i promise you it'll come. My advice to you is be open and accept her. And don't end up like this fool.

@Juggernautishere - Well, people do get married in Indian culture but then they suffer their whole life being with a person who is not compatible with them on many levels and they have no other choice being from "Indian culture" since divorce is such a taboo. I dont think we have a better way of handling this situation, we just force everyone into a relationship. I would rather be alone then be tied to someone with whom I have not much in common. And BTW, I am in Indian too.
