hi, i am interested in doing this but i am a part of the NCFL is there anything different i should know about the script before i purchase it?
-
@LOveblahblah254 This is called Humorous Interpretation, aka HI. It's when someone takes a script and twists it around to make it funny :D They also have DI, or Dramatic Interpretation. This is when they take the script and do their best to make it utterly depressing O_O

@crazy50128 Ah! Thank you so much for clearing that up!

@davisroxyoursox No you are not, but some pieces still do and get away with it. In this case, the script used here is an adapted version which is published so it's perfectly fine. It's not the original children's book though.

Loved this, but I have a question.
I read Miss Nelson is Missing thousands of a time as a child, and none of this is in the book. Is it allowed to write or "fill-in" material?
-
Doesn't this technically count as performing children's literature?
I think the top 3 HIers were all national champions. You'd choose 1st for Lindsey in terms of her brilliant and outlandish humor. 1st for Zade because of his subtle and meaningful humor. 1st for Tyler because he doesn't rely on the script for humor, he relies on his own innate skills to make humor out of nothing.

Holy crap. The pop between the 7 characters in like 3 seconds was fantastic!
