In this one chapter, it showed an image of Tobi's backside. He had long, spikey hair. He was talking to Itachi in a flashback in a forest. He is either Madara, Obito somehow, Obito with Madara's powers (revived from Madara) or Madara in Obito's body, with Madara's body safely hidden

It could be Madara in Obito's body. I dunno, Naruto has some messed up characters like Tobi. I know all about Naruto's mother and what really happened at the 9 Tails attack. I will explain it, but because OneManga is shut down, I have no proof. Luckily, on the day before it shut down, I took a picture of Naruto and Sasuke, infants.

i believe that madara is tobi....but somehow madara is in obito's body that could've been retrieve by zetsu and another reason i think that is because kakashi and tobi has the same sharingan powers but tobi's is stronger.....1 more thing i think somehow kabutomaru (kabuto) has the body of the sage of six paths...that's why madara was shocked when kabuto open the coffin
