A Complaint Against YouTube

This video is addressed to Steve Grove, YouTube's news and politics editor.

Sen. Mike Gravel and Rep. Ron Paul have been removed from YouTube's YouChoose '08 page, located at: http://www.youtube.com/youchoose .

Why is YouTube deciding for the voters which candidates deserve any recognition, and which ones don't? This is especially strange, as Dr. Paul is the most subscribed candidate on YouTube, and Senator Gravel is far more popular than John McCain.

Not only are Sen. Gravel and Rep. Paul missing, but so is Independent candidate Ralph Nader. YouTube is becoming part of the problem.

youtube is total bull I have videos that are completely origional and they muted them because there is 8 secnds of 1985 by bowling with soup at the beginning. THAT IS NOT A COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT!!! 8 seconds is UNDER 10% of the song (which is 3:16) so IT IS LEGAL. youtube, please umute my video

I am surprised that my video :- ?? has been removed as the content was only consisting of light humour. It seems that it is ok to broadcast actual death, torture and morbid atrocities but to broadcast light humour has been censored in my case! Whatever happened to free speech and democracy. the content of my video was lesser than the Sun newspaper publishes on a daily basis. I might add that all pictures published were infact pasted from google in the first place???

Get it! The "8 second rule" is some urban myth-bullshit. It is NOT legal.

@cu16855 I suppose you could write them a letter of inquiry like I did, and then they will just ignore it, even though I have an account with Google and am a paying customer. They don't answer their phones either. Almost like our politicians, ha
