RebirthAuto Conversion in progress. This is a quick walk around and a short drive.
1975 BMW 2002 with an Evnetics Soliton1 1000A continuous controller, NetGain Warp9 DC motor.

  • @electro5 A controller is used to vary the amount of current you send to the motor so you can control your speed. They can also have a 12 volt output to run accessories or recharge an accessory battery.

  • What sort of range to you get with this setup?

  • How much did it cost to do the conversion? I am not an electrician or a mechanic, I would need to pay someone to do the conversion. thanks

  • I really like that donor. Light, motor mounts nice and low., leaving room for batts. Plus it LOOKS KOOL!
