@wizardica The commentator was Eurovision's longest serving commentator Sir Terry Wogan. He was famous for his comments about ALL acts. As for underwear music, he is refering to the costunes worn by the backing singers. His comment about the songs being too subtle was far more contraversial! Sir Terry was a legend! Unfortunately he left, as a matter of principal, because of block voting by Eastern European countries.
