My Cover of Supermassive Black Hole by Muse

I haven't uploaded a cover for a while, but I finally decided to do one again.

First video for a while that's had natural light and so you can see me again.
And due to a lack of High E string, I had to improv the solo and so I presume that'll get some critcism again.

Anyway, comment and rate please, and please only post CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.
Just saying it's rubbish is pointless and pathetic. It doesn't help me in any way.

The pinky is my main problem, I'm self-taught so I hardly ever really use it.

hetfield and kirk use their pinky with powerchords so maybe u can use it like that xD

I'm not sure using your pinky for powerchords is very practical :p

I had stopped playing, I started playing again though. This cover was from May though, so it's not new, I haven't done any new covers since I started playing again.

Unnatural Selection by Muse I think is next. Possibly the toughest song I've ever covered.

And no, it's better if it is more original and unlike Bellamy's, I don't really want it to be exactly like Muse's

its really useful

no probs i h8 when people leave duff coments like thats shite because i play it better on guitar hero

staccato is like short and snappy and legato is smooth and flows (slash is a very good example)

im self taught too and i had to force my self to do use my pinky

last night i was lucky enough to meet jeff loomis of nevermore (such a cool guy) and watch his guitar clinic and i realised the importance of using ur pinky on ur pickin hand to pivot up and down,

id tried it before but to no avail
