I've seen many many houses with litterally one every 12 inches or groups of 15-20 in one spot trying to get the termites to consume the so called bait.
#1 NOTHING has been proven to "attract" termites.
#2 Stations subject to flooding, pesticide run-off, fertilizer run-off, people touch the bait and make them useless as termites will avoid body oils, food odors, cig odors, butt odors, exhaust odors ect..
Advance isnt all that great. I have been servince sentricon and advance for 5 yrs. they have thier purpose if you cant go to termidor. If a station isnt hit they serve no use. since they are put about every ten feet anything can slip thru and get into house. And not all stations have bait installed. most have Monitoring devices to be checked and only bait added when hit. And Advance looks so great in the video but they suck maintaining them, and caps break off really easy, so tubes are exposed
Maybe a good product, I don't know, I have never used it. But, you tell me one company who would rather charge the customer to come out once a year as aposed to quarterly monitoring as a more profitable solution. Plus, its keeps you more in cantact with the customer and house for visiual inspections. I could go on all day about pros and cons, but I need to go install more ATBS. :D
Saving gas is good but don't fall for the global warming green propaganda. Volcanoes are putting out more "greenhouse gas" on a daily basis then we ever could with cars and industry pollution. The warming seen on the poles is documented as being a natural cycle. Only a few quacks are using the lie that polar melt is caused by carbon emissions. They spend massive amounts of money for ad campaigns in an effort to levy a carbon tax on all of us. It's all about the money. Regulate us but love China.
Those bait stations are useless...
