@esca8652 NO , They are in the sky all day.. They spread out creating a milky haze and then descend onto us. People are finding high levels of Aluminum, Barium and some Strontium in their bodies from this crap.

@esca8652 all you have to do is look up friend... watch them being sprayed and watch them fan out all day a look like clouds at the end of the day... without a cloud ion the sky to begin with
