Contacted support and they were no use tried to charge my 150 service call out fee.. the 10 Year warranty is not worth the price of the ink.

I hwve one of these machines and they are good BUT frecently6 the plastic Drum paddle (Lifter) I purchased a new on4 BUT there is not sufficient room to allow the paddle to slot into the fixing point. This appears to be bad design on behalf of LG. I would not buyt an LG again. because of this flaw in the design

@MrSwifty2 Have you checked with a level that your washing machine is level. *bubble between the center lines*, The unit is stable. *try to rock the unit from opposite corners*. Is your floor very sturdy? if your floor has some flex you will get quite a bit of vibration whether it's a direct drive or belt drive. Even if it was stable when you first installed it check it again. The floor and unit may have settled a bit. Hope that helps. :>)

@MrSwifty2 Which machine do you have, exactly? Why would the mechanism by which a drum is spun make any difference to your clothes? 1400 RPM is 1400 RPM ... In fact, the LG machines have options to tumble around clothes in at least 6 different ways, if you want. It's called "6 Motion". If you are having problems, assuming you're doing everything right as per the instructions or whatever, isn't it more likely it's that particular machine or even model and not how it gets to 1400 RPM? :) Luddites!

a direct drive washing machine is shit i have a new one and it vibrates like fuck !! its just a gimic to get ur money!! but it is direct drive but ur clothes come Out not clean!! basically a direct drive washing machine washes ur clothes awfully !!
