@tbristol37 i suppose he shouldnt try his hand at any olympic lifts than because if he does he knees will explode due to the quick movement? just because stress is put on a joint doesnt mean there is damage done to it or that the joint cant handle the stress. i hate when people spout of random stuff like its fact. you wont find any hard evidence supporting what you said. its either made up bullshit or something you are applying to this vid out of context

@MooShoe89 the knee acts as a spring when the muscles are contracting to explode out of a squatting position. With him dropping the weight down very fast, it transfers some of the weight to his knees rather than keeping the load focused on his legs but just for a split second. With heavier weight, one will slighty tearing his patella tendon and miniscus a little at a time with each heavier rep to the point where it becomes very painful at times.

@tbristol37 explain why he will hurt his knees when he's obviously controlling the weight just fine. you should delete your comment

shoulders pointing down remember that. or you can cause neck injury and lower back injury. always point your shoulders straight down.

Thanks for the deadlift comment. If you want to see an uneven attempt, check out my 523.5lb DL video, haha.
Nice squat by the way! Maybe try sitting back more (move the hips back before bending the knees) and hitting the glutes and hamstrings harder with some other exercises in addition to ankle mobility work. Keep up the good work!
