Bad FUE hair transplant repair by Dr Umar: This patient had multiple previous hair transplant procedures, including a strip surgery and a large FUE surgery session from another FUE clinic. One year after his FUE procedure, the implanted hair didn't yield his desired results. His hairline and temple points remained sparse, obviously receded. In addition, he had a linear scar on his rear scalp.

He presented to Dr. Umar seeking a hairline refinement, more density at the temple points and frontal scalp, and concealment of the strip scar. Dr. Umar used his advanced FUE SFET technique to transplant 2500 grafts from the head and 350 from the beard. The head follicles were used in restoring the frontal scalp and temple points, with a concentration of nape hair along the hairline to give it a soft natural look. The 350 beard grafts were implanted along the linear scar for concealment.

Four years post-operation, the patient is extremely happy with his results. The long-term yield has exceeded his expectations.
