  • Why should the world use linux? Support is better than microsoft. Opensource means better application, can be vmwared, runs on basically any computer new or old, its free!, and last but not least, offers some of the best graphic enabled processes I have ever seen. Customization is great. And why buy a mac when you can make linux look like mac. Thanks!

  • You Look like your using a Real Mac...

  • @hitachi654 what games can mac run? checkers?

  • oh never mind i found it :), if anyone is still wondering what it is, thats gnome global menu, it's standard on ubuntu netbook remix, but you can still install it on the desktop versions

  • how do you get the menus for the active window on the top bar? is it something you do on the gconf-editor?

  • @xillver

I've found the wallpaper at last!

    Search Google for "Aurora Burst".

  • Where you got the "mac4lin" for ubuntu 9.04? post a link please.

  • I'm guessing what he did was he downloaded "Global Menu" (I'd suggest googling it), which would resemble the mac os x taskbar. Then he probably put the main Gnome menu (The one with just the icon) and placed it next to the menu bar to serve as the Apple icon/button.

  • How can i trasnform the upper panel like in the video? Mac4lin do this by itself or must i do something?

    Please answer me

  • Mate how'd you get the file edit in the panel?

I don't expect you to tell me in detail, but if you could point towards a tut or something i'd be grateful.
