TR Legend secrets speedrun: Kazakhstan 21:07

Fifth part of my continuous glitchless speedrun of TR Legend.
This was actually harder than I thought, and I ended up segmenting it more than I wanted.
Took some damage-inducing shortcuts, but such shortcuts does less damage the lower the FPS.

1st segment:
Only 2 mistakes at the compound, overshooting the turret gun and being hit by a soldier. Other than that the segment was pretty smooth.
You only need to kill the grenade launcher guy to trigger the train's departure.

2nd segment:
Bike ride went well, the only tricky part was keeping an eye at Lara's health.
Pushing the enemies into crashing at the rocks is really helpful.

3rd segment:
This was a bit laggy, I'm sorry for that.
Big shortcut at the train wreckage area. The fire does less damage at lower FPS, and my computer lags in the presence of smoke/dust/fog dropping my FPS to 15~20 so little damage for Lara here.

4th segment:
I didn't kill the first soldier at the pit and went for the two at the tower's base. It has to be done quickly or I wouldn't reach the first electrified pole in time and would have to wait for the electricity to "climb" the pole, costing me several seconds.
Another neat shortcut here, jumping directly to the top of the cage containing the last silver reward saves some time.
Another mistake at the fight before getting the core, letting Lara get hit.
After getting the core out of the room I let Lara swing around the pole for some time as I needed to wait for the core to advance, otherwise it'll damage her.
I had to wait for it to get away from the sockets or Lara would grapple the core instead of the sockets (which happened at the last pair of them).

5th segment:
I had to push the hanging platform or Lara wouldn't be able to reach the gold reward. I also had to kill the soldiers across the pit because they can hit Lara and make her fall to her death while traversing to get the gold reward (trust me, it happened). Going through the poison gas here saves some time, and I had some luck getting Lara with 1/4 of health to spare when reaching the last room.

6th segment:
Not so hard actually, just reaching the Tesla gun and pushing the blue receptors to their place without the Entity knocking Lara off her feet.

Played on Hard difficulty.
