  • @VikingII Of course and without any doubt she's does very well with all the substances she takes and the money she spends for that... But the problem with those persons is that they claim to be drug free and that their supposed records are drug free just because their federation does tests... What a bullshit what an hypocrisy!

  • @Magnumpeanut Appears to be 2 red plates. The ones they use in competition tend to be much thinner than regular bumper plates you see at the gym, and you can see that they say 25; most likely 25kg which is 55lbs.

    55x4 = 220 + bar = 265 + those few weights at the end might somehow add up.

  • How come I only count 155lbs on that bar? How big are those red plates, they only look like 45lb plates.

    What am I missing here?

  • guys i know a way you can increase PR ,if haven't heard of mobility excercises and foam rolling or if you have seen it but unwilling to do it then thats where the fault lies do mobility excercises and foam rolling before you go to your gym ..and also besides doing your regular bbing try doing strength training ...muich better for your system and can increase lifting stats quite rapidly..

  • If anyone out there does'nt think thats 286 lbs, than they should re-evaluate their powerlifting knowledge. First: those plates are designed thin, so what appears to be only one 25kg plate on each side is actually two. Second: to doubt it is to actually believe that the organizers of this event and those who ran it don't actually know what their doing. Since thats an absolutely absurd concept, lets all go ahead & give it up for this ladies lift. Great lift !
