Evidently you´re not a seaman, large ships are supposed to go at certain speed, while manouvering, they can´t have a wake that sinks everything on their way, or making boats rip their anchors. or slam against the mooring.

Incase you couldent hear, the charter boat was DOCKED... the cruise ship had to make emergancy manuvers to avoid hitting a bridge because someone wasent paying attention. I saw the actual footage of the accedent and he did make an attempt to once he knew he was going on. He's very lucky to be alive
