i have two degrees in classical guitar. so i know the instrument very well. i've seen john williams in concert, listened to many guitarists: segovia, bream, ... THIS is the best interpretation of Recuerdos de la Alhambra I have ever heard... this guitarist is VERY musical and his technique is flawless... although, since i myself play the piece, i realized these are not Tarrega's original fingerings for the left hand! he's not using the open B string as a pedal... but is aiming at fretting the notes... i think it sounds great!
