側田自言《三十日》是即將於九月尾推出的全新大碟中最愛的歌，也是出道至今，個人最喜歡最有感覺的歌曲。側田深信歌曲要先感動到自己，才可以感動人。側田黯然道出新歌《三­十日》為他親身經歷，自少對愛情悲觀的側田，遇上一個可以改變他，令他相信真愛的人，更考慮過與她結婚生仔。側田坦言在寫歌時二人正值熱戀期，唯戀情到錄音時已曲終人散，­二人已和平分手。

她已離開一個月了，三十日，側田漸覺自己念掛對方。往日天天見面，呵護在旁，一起做飯看電視的日子不再復再。側田每次獨自回家，都感到很寂寞，不習慣少了她。側田嘗試打電­話給她，心裡明明念掛對方，口卻吐不出話。側田自問不是個稱職男朋友，不懂得珍惜她，深感難過心痛後悔。

《三十日 》由側田作曲，方杰填詞，Ted Lo編曲，雷頌德監製。側田坦言寫歌過程情緒頗低，歌寫得格外辛苦，在家唱Demo時都會感觸落淚。歌曲先由側田親自填上英文歌詞，再由方杰依照歌曲原意，一字一句填上中­文歌詞， 將側田的愛情故事呈現出來。
