Brings back memories of a damp basement packed with amps, drum kit, hardly any room to stand, two windows open about six feet off the ground, several hippie chicks standing in the corner getting high, and me and my two buddies rocking out tunes by GFR, Iron Butterfly, Moby Grape, Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver... and MAN OH MAN do I sometimes long for those days, especially when I see the cell phone bills for my three kids, the morgage, dental bills, car payments, name brand clothes...FUCK!!

Exactly! You have nailed it! Kids these days miss out on all that as were constantly in someone's basement or garage listening to fellow classmates and friends playing all this great stuff. One of my boyfriends just came over one day, sat down at my piano, played and sang this, blew me away and my mom just stood there with her mouth hanging open, lmao. Who needs name brand clothes or stinky cell phones!
