I adore this song; it's my favorite carol. I'm 14, but when I hit around 12 I stopped getting so excited over getting present every year. But I was still excited because I loved the thought of celebrating Christ's birth and being with my family. I find this type of carol more comforting and in the spirit than, say, "White Christmas" or any other more commercial songs.

@Slugasega19 Proverbs 1:7a "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge". Here, the word fear in this context means reverential awe, and the phrase "fear of the LORD" means faith in the Lord.
