It is a old stock turbocharged car. Nothing more.

Turn the mass input screw so your RPM's are 300 more than normal. Then use the service idle screw to bring it back to normal range.

Ahhh, you've turned that screw up on the bosch pump. You really do need to have a drive to feel the difference.
