The owners of these dogs are the ones that should be euthanised! They are the ones who neglected their dogs n the dogs has to suffer n end up in the pound!
Poor dogs, thank you for the carers to adopted them n nursed them back to health...love u guys..

Ordinary people rescued those dogs...why cant the shelter do it? And why cant they take a leaf out of bigger shelters in the UK and USA who do NOT euthanase for flea allergy/timidity!!!

Great work- how can I help change things? There seems to be much to get involved with if it's big and philosphical (ie Animal Liberation etc) but how to change these things on a local/domestic level?

Toolalla you should be the one to talk as you kill puppies that are the wrong color! Killing puppies, as you have openly admitted to doing, because they are of solid color and not merles is WRONG. Maybe these "saints" should come by your house and rescue all of your solid colored Koolies before you kill them.

Seems like the place (Lost Dogs Home Melb)is run very efficiently. Just get rid of all these poor dogs who are a nuisance & fill their cages as quickly as possible.
Rescue??..........NOT!
Bless all the rescuers who "rescue" these dogs from that place. You are saint.

This had tears streaming down my face if only we could euthanase their original owners. How could they leave the best friends they would ever have had to die.

Keep up the good work Rescuedwithlove. I have fostered one of the dogs featured and she was an absolute delight, how she could have failed assessment is beyond belief. Thanks to you her life was saved and she now has a loving home!
