  • I am going through the same thing. Your message really gives me help. I lost 80 ilbs. 5 years ago and never gained it back on adipex. I only took half a pill a day and it WORKED BETTER THAT TAKING A WHOLE PILL!!!! The Dr. Told me that it has a history that is like this: the smallest amount you take --the better it works! I did not believe him. But I have kept the weight off for 5 years now--3yrs. without the adipex!!

  • dude my advice is that you ask your doc if you can take one tablit every morning not every other day and give it a third chance to help ypur self i mean if you have a good doc and he is giving you the right perscriptions you will do good also drink alot of fluids

    I am on this medacine and its not giving me any problems but i think you schould do whatever you think is best for your body =]

  • Pills aren't the answer. You don't gain weight because you don't take pills. You gain because you put food in your mouth. Put less food in your mouth. The willpower has to come from you. You are right. I quit smoking and I only did it when I gave up gimmicks and just said, no, I'm not going to do this.
