McCain - Disrespects Conservatives After Embracing Liberals

McCain and Hayworth faced off in the 2010 Republican Primary debate for U.S. Senate candidates in Tucson, Arizona on July 17, 2010 in what was supposed to be a debate on the issues facing Arizona. But at every opportunity, McCain threw out personal attacks on Hayworth, including calling him a "pig." This is a far different cry from the McCain who debated and campaigned against Obama.

As McCain has been attacking Hayworth publicly since before Hayworth entered the race, and Hayworth has only run one television ad, an unprovoked McCain has come out swinging - discussing everything but the issues.

During the debate, Hayworth responded to McCain's attacks by stating, "if you had told the truth about Barack Obama the way you're spreading falsehoods about me, you might be president of the United States right now."

He said that when he was trying to give amnesty to the illegals.

That's why millions of conservatives didn't vote for him. I really hope Hayworth gets the nomination - McCain is just a liberal who's made a career out of pretending to be a conservative.
