So the medicine part was short and I'll probably revisit the topic

I has taken a full year to find what works and stick to it. Hope it helps you guys wherever you are.

I put a 4th of a cup of essential oils (mix olive, grapeseed, peppermint, jojoba) in the conditioner bottle.

I only put lemon in the nightly routine. Lemon is a natural curl relaxer if used for a long period of time. It's also good as a toner for your face.

Another thing that was really helpful to me was learning that three tablespoons of olive oil is as potent as Ibuprofin (for that time of the month when you need a pain killer)

Please send me any questions and I will make a video post haste ^_^

  • I know this is kind of off topic but I have eczema and I can only use certain soaps for my skin, do they Dove or Dial soap there??? or anything natural, I used black soap before but I'm pretty sure they don't have that there???

  • I got black soap sent, I have seen dove, but I have not seen dial.

  • I love your HELLO KITTY DOLL IN THE BACK did you buy that there???....I have a penpal from Japan and we were going to send eachother gifts on our birthdays, I told her I love Hello Kitty stuff,,, lol

  • yah it's all over. that little thing is a desk fan! when i first saw it i thought it was a figurine. lol and for it to be so small it makes a heap of noise.

  • Great to know that; what about the economy over there? How hard is it to find employment for foreigners?

  • To my knowledge if you don't have a job as an English teacher or performer, it's hard. I'll keep looking though

  • Part 2? I'm guessing the hacker deleted part 1.

  • One thing I do, even here, is that I was with the 2 in 1 and then follow up with a regular conditioner.

  • Thank you sooo much for this heads up! I'm allergic to anti-inflammatories and virtually everything else on this earth AND sunlight! lol

So, basically every medicine you listed in the beginning have been what I've relied on since I was a child. I also have a chronic condition with two prescriptions. I hope they allow aspirin. :/

I definitely need to have a chat with my doctor about this.

Thanks again for this, it would have been terrible if I missed this detail!

  • Thank you so much for info....I'm taking as much as I can...with me...

  • I've traveled around and I would say if you were to go to japan, bring black soap with you. If that's the type of soap you want to use. It's very hard to find outside of the u.s. in my opinion. But Dove is fairly available in most countries b/c it's an international company. I don't believe Dial is.

  • So informative. I enjoyed watching...I felt like I was going to Japan just by watching this video =D....lol even though I'm not.
