  • This sounds like a mandatory purchase! It's nice to hear acoustic drums instead of triggers.

  • I could listen to this video every day and not get tired of it. The album is great, but the drums don't sound like this. Listen to both back to back. It's not just the sounds, whatever sampling the engineer did makes Steve's playing seem sloppy and you can CLEARLY see it's not, even when it's just practice.

I can only guess that when combined with the rest of the band this didn't come through clearly. At least, I hope they didn't screw with this amazing sound for no good reason.

  • Love his style, what hats does he use ? Someone ?

    Thnaks !

  • wow!!!!very sick!!!!

    pa la cagá!!!!

  • FUCK TRIGGERS

  • master!!!....

  • @kpmorgan mostly all drums these days are drum replaced,or samples of real drums, so when you record and you play your drumset they can drum relpace everything let me say this once more (drum replacement) cause most metal drummers cant aford a badass 5- $10,000, drum kit so we sound replace, first your flubbing feet on kick drum so we dont half to here you play the whole song again, and replace the snare hits so yeah 99% of drumms today are not totally truthful.

  • @kpmorgan The sound I am hearing in the studio is just not the sound that I hear on the cd. The faster the bands go, the more needs to be done with editing and sampling. I think I have talked to more people knowing about this than you. I just know what is going on. So you may have a point, ok, maybe this band doesn't sample their drum sounds. So what? Nevertheless, loads of other metal bands DO IT! Deal with it and just chill out, there's still no need at all to become insulting here.

  • @kpmorgan My claim is supported by the knowledge of serveral metal drummers I know that have recording experience. Same goes with our studio guy who has recorded/[co]produced serveral metal bands, for example Atrocity, Belphegor and Primal Fear. They all tell me what I told you about sampling sounds: It's done with 99% of all metal records. Just fucking deal with it. Besides I also listenend to a lot of metal records. I watch studio reports and listen to the actualfinished songs. Big difference.

  • @MrBlastBeast continuing.........How do you know "like on almost every metal record"? What samples are you referring to? Be more specific since you know that 99% of metal records do this. What bands? What records? What was replaced with what samples? Oh and don't cheers me you Bag of shit!

  • @MrBlastBeast - This bands that sound as good live as they do in studio and I have seen them plenty of times so I am going based on what I hear between live shows over the years and how the final tracks are laid down. if you watched the video on the production of the new album you can see hear the differences with just the template beats initially laid down by Vigna and then what Steve did with them. You are a mind fuck because you are making a claim "Like on almost every metal record"....
