This song isn't too difficult, but it's really fast paced and easy to get lost in. Sorta messed up the lead riff during the first breakdown but mom was yelling at me to shut the hell up so I couldn't re-record.

Nah they're just pull-offs. I guess it kind of looks like I'm palm muting 'em but I'm not. Theoretically you could do the whole sequence by just strumming the first note and doing hammer ons/pull offs the whole way. I just like to strum every note because it sounds cleaner and it sort of mutes out any other strings that might have been hit inadvertently.

@molotov001: another question, the riff after the tremolo picking right at the beginning... it goes something like 5 0 5 7 0 8 5 etc etc you know what i mean, the 0's are palm muted right? because when i listen to the song i don't hear it palm muted and you play it palm muted and some other people too...
