It's so true. I mean, if you lose something you love, at least be grateful for having it at all. This song is the meaning of true beauty, in my opinion

There are many renditions of this song,

since there are so many meanings of love . . .

In this context, it means (to me) love of the game,

love of being there, love of performing,

love of being part of the team, love of family,

love of country.

My music teacher and my dance teacher were both in this broadway performance. My music teacher plays and sings this beautifully. It's so true. If you cant dance anymore. You dont regret the work you've done.
