The special attacks in Tournament Fighters become active when the green bar fills at the bottom. Easiest way to fill it is have your moves blocked.

I haven't heard that crappy song in 18yrs Damn you! It seems like TMNT became popular just as Hasbro was busy killing Transformers with the Action Master, Micro Master and Pretender lines.

yea i remember him.... we went to debenhams with him once and his dad was like 'what do you want' and he said ALLL of them on the shelf ' and his dad brought him all of them on the shelf' (ie. one of each available) such a spoilt kid and he got the turtle van on the same day and even with all that could not and would not share.
