@atomicfile2 The push switch and box from any electronics store (eg: RadioShack). The box is called a 'project box'.

Hey, great video. How would make one in stereo? I'm a drummer and want to be able to kill in-ear monitoring with a foot switch.
Thanks

@bryanbisordi Simple, instead of using a mono jack for the output jack, use a stereo jack. Connect both of the signal connections of the stereo jack together and you'll have two connections from the stereo jack and in this way it will be easier to connect to the rest of the circuit. :)

@david99soad What if I wanted stereo in AND stereo out? The idea is to have a "headphone" kill switch. I'm a drummer and want to be able to count off a tune with click then kill the click after the song has started. Would this still work? I guess I want it stereo in case I want to kill a backing track as well.

@bryanbisordi Yes it would still work. Just do the same for the input jack as I said for the output stereo jack (ie. use a stereo jack for input and connect as I said previously).
