After the credits Ocelot reveals that liquid was misinformed, and that Solid snake was actually left with all the recessive genes. Liquid was supposed to be the perfect soldier.

This is so cool, solid beat liquid even when solid was the inferior clone. And now rex beats ray even when rex is the inferior metal gear.
