2 Trees. Balance, poise and a steady mind and breath are encouraged for tree poses. Practice with a hand on a ledge or chair if you have difficulty holding them.
Try not to be frustrated if the balance doesn't come at once. All the movements that you make to try & right yourself are part of the process of training your balance mechanism to hold you.
You may also have good and bad days, so you may need to stop, take some breaths, calm your mind and try again.
