  • AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Every rapper as sample this

  • 1:21 living proof bad meets evil sample

  • @ItsMr401 Hip Hop is LOADED with Clyde Stubblefield's drums, Especially hip hop that is pre-ban laws. Eventually the record companies realized there was one bar of music being looped from all kinds of music genres, and of course those greedy bastards got all sew happy.

  • after listening to this .. i can notice alot of hip hop producers sampled the shit out of this

  • @h1ph0p1. This is a nice mixture of the break beats dude. bless mr brown soul as weel, keep doing yu thing boss. much luv for sharing ;)

  • @XxJ2XxX Yeah that's the one, it was on Netflix. Sampling to some people may be seen as an easy way to create music, but to me it's one of the most creative because you can bring a variety of tastes into a genre of music. It really is an amazing phenomenon.

  • @MurdaMacJones Could the documentary be by any chance called "Copyright Criminals"? I saw it recently and was amazed that Funky Drummer beat is very nice and how many times it has been sampled in hip hop songs.

  • I watched a documentary about Sampling in the music industry. And this drum line at 0:18 has appeared in so many songs it's ridiculous. Check out Public Enemy - Fight the Power, that's a good example.

  • old school Funk is extremely underrated
