Dragona is free to play 3D fantasy MMORPG set in the world of Magic Earth, a world where swords and sorcery, and dragons and monsters exist. The game is developed by Korean studio Liveplex and published by Gamesclub.
When creating a character there is 8 different classes:
1.Shaman
- In turn their power focuses on the flow of energy within their body through their fist that with a fearsome glance can unleash devastating blow by blow to its opponents pressure points leaving them crippled. However, his grasp for technical skill is very limited. He also invokes the power of the spirit to descend upon his colleagues to improve their attack power, magic defense and speed, or heal an injured comrade with the help of the forces of nature.
2.Ranger
- Eldins communicate with nature and cast magic with aurora gems as their catalyst. For this reason, Eldin Rangers use a tunic with an aurora gem embedded on it. Rangers are usually rational and cool-headed and do not get into unnecessary fights. Instead, they calmly analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their enemies and that of their friendly forces with a sharp perspective.
3.Gunner
- Uses a thick titanium plate armor is worn and an ethereal blaster is used that can launch a wide range magical attacks using magic scrolls. Their skills are polished and refined from numerous battlefields which gives their comrades the faith that they will triumph. These soldiers fearlessly go around the front lines in any battlefield to play the leading roles of the war.
4.Scout
- They use sharp metal shuriken to assassinate their opponent in a midrange position. Use of shuriken as their based attack damage, added-up with flammable and poisonous traps will reign havoc to an opponent. A clever scout uses the following ability to overcome different obstacles, backstab his enemy while hiding, agility for quick blow, high evasion to avoid incoming attack and precision for accurate damage.
5.Sniper
- The snipers prefer light armor which enables them to move swiftly in the battlefield. The cannon they use accelerates piercing rounds using a mana generator, and shoots them through a long slim barrel. It can accurately hit enemies much farther away than the bow and arrow or normal magic can.
6.Guardian
- The Guardians wear a mithril scale armor that has very good defensive power. The enormous long swords wielded by Guardians are sacred tools guiding them to reach their star.
7.Assasin
- The agile suits made of dragon skin can make the fatal attraction of an Assassin stand out all the more. Having to make surprise attacks on enemy supply troops or assassinating their enemy commander, an Assassin doesn't wear cumbersome outfits as it engages covertly and swiftly.
8.Magician
- Magicians protect themselves using the magical powers from aurora gems, they prefer to wear thin magical robes conducive for concentration over thick armor. They are said to have learned some Draconic magic.
Dragon Transformation:
- This is the process of temporarily borrowing the power of the dragons to enable the use of their power. This will transform the character's body either in part or full. Dragon Transformation is broadly classified into Partial Transformation and Full Transformation. It is powerful in battle between characters and helpful for group play although its battle ability is not that powerful. The transformation is specialized for solo play
PvP Systems:
1.Battle Arena:
- Battle arena is held at a designated time every day and is an instant siege battle anyone can participate in. Unlike PK, you can enjoy one-on-one matches without risk or loss, and since you can obtain rewards such as EXP, potion, and buff effect, it can be very helpful in playing Dragona.
2&3.Battle of Celebration & Battle of Might:
- The Battle of Celebration and Battle of Might are both usually held every 2 hours. The Battle of Celebration is held for 30 minutes in 100 on 100 matches, and the Battle of Might is carried out for 10 minutes in 3 on 3, 6 on 6, and 36 on 36 matches. Each match is held in 30 minute intervals.
4.PK (Player Killing):
- This is different from PVP (Player vs. Player) where you face off under mutual consent. To limit indiscriminate PK's, there is an Honor Points system.
Instance Dungeon:
- Instance Dungeons are exclusive to Dragona. You can enter them with an instance dungeon key acquired through field hunting or trade. Within them you can collect items of exceptional capabilities by completing these dungeons.
Gear Crafting:
- In Dragona, items are in various grades. The most remarkable item grade is "unique grade", and an item of this grade can only be obtained through a process called Crafting. To create an item, you need to use drawings and materials dropped from monsters higher than the named monster, or middle bosses.
