does she not bite the house? mine always find some plastic in those and bite their way out even though there not bored coz i put them in this huge run for 1 hour or so

At first she did, but she stopped, strangely enough.  I have three boys in another cage who eat every bit of plastic they can find. I guess it just depends on the gerbil.

Gerbils can get depressed on there own like that so make sure you get her out once a day. (not saying you dont)

I know. Don't worry. She gets out all the time. She was in a litter of just 1 baby, so she's never really known other gerbils (Otherwise I would have brought home 2 or 3).

Mushroom likes to play in the bathtub for about 1/2 hour every day with me. I work from home with her on the hutch of my desk, so she gets lots of great conversations, too hahaha.

she used to have a ladder leading up to the house, but she chewed it up the first day she had it LOL

I had that same house for my girbles!!..... they ate it ...XD lol they both died at the same time togther... RIP lovely and zippy!
