Hey Jim, I've been making this pizza for a while, but there's a new pie in town! If you google hacker-free pizza, you'll find a serious eats page that describes using a screaming hot cast iron skillet both on a burner and under the broiler. Works fab and fast, give it a whirl. Maybe time for a video update?
