Welcome to the club man. There are a ton of people here who are doing P90X and we all support each other. The workout is one big f'n beast. My personal suggestion is to intake a lot of protein for muscle build ad do not let yourself get down about not keeping up with the people in the videos. Sadly no... towards the beginning of P90X I ended up taking a "Personalized Fitness" course at my college so I put P90X on hold. Now that the class is complete I plan on starting up again.
