Use this simple technique to heal any shoulder injury. Sounds too easy to be true? Try it!

Basically you are rolling the shoulders backwards 25x every hour for 7 days. If 25 seem too like too many or causes pain at first, start off with fewer repetitions and build it up to 25.

Be sure to check out http://www.reikiandyoga.com for more details on TLC Services and to sign up for Mindful Melody my quarterly newsletter & receive your free meditation course.

Thanks for watching
Namaste!

PS. Disclaimer alert.... obviously if you have an ongoing issue you should see your doctor. No results are guaranteed . I can't do you're push ups for you!

  • I'm going to give this a try starting tomorrow morning! I started doing weights at the start of this year and i tried to go too hard too fast i guess and i hurt my shoulder and sometimes it feels better but it always seems to just not ever go away and it gets sore quite a lot and a almost a year into working out it's keeps getting in the way of my progress so i will try anything! wish me luck and thank you for this tip!

  • @666tReaper Thanks for the comment! I guess you learned what one of my teachers always said... its easier to get strong slowly than to heal quickly! Best of luck ... this should help you!

  • @666tReaper

You could be re injuring your shoulder during sleep. Take a look at the Rotator reliever, I was thinking of using something to make my own for nights.

  • @voianhemsed It's a great idea. Sleeping can cause havoc on the shoulders, you're right!

  • will it help a popped shoulder that went back in place?

  • @jasARTS99 Provided its back into place, it will help the pain go away. Best of luck!

  • @mmabagain That's where I'd start then. Try to ice 10 mins on, 10 mins off. Because its been so long you may get a better response with heat. Again only 10 mins. Or go back and forth ice 10 mins, heat 10 mins etc., This should help along with the movements you are already doing! Good luck

  • @ganesharocks I haven't used heat or ice. Just been waiting for it to heal. I can still do a stairclimber or eliptical without pain but lunges or running hurts. I used to be able to run at 9.5 MPH for a minute & a half but now I can't even jog. I believe I hurt the hamstring on the machine which specifically works those muscles. BTW, I am a 51 YO male if that helps any . I'll check out your other vids. Thanks again.

  • @mmabagain So glad the shoulder trick worked for you! Sorry to hear about the hammy... they take a long time to heal. You can try the technique listed in my video Relief for *Sore Joints* (Edgar Cayce advice for Arthritis) Also are you using ice or heat?

  • Thanks! I hurt my shoulders while weight lifting and your method really does make them feel better. Now, what about my pulled hamstring that has been bothering me since last July? I had to quit running because of the pain. Any tips?
