i had the same in a elevator in a hospital, when we pressed up it was going down, and the door went open a few times, how it ended? we went out of the elevator and took the stairs lol

this elevator is haunted because of its strange behavior. I mean why would you turn an old hospital into an apartment & office space ?? Imagine all the ghost & spirits is in there.
