Every person is different. But practices like bullfighting may be confined to certain places in the world.
I see the PRC as China + Tibet and possibly other places. One day I hope to do more research into that.

Your description of social "order" in China is quite accurate. But some Tibetans are also Communist party officials . This shows that we can not speak about different nationalities in too much simplified way. In this globalised world one can also not separate people as some unwise spiritual teachers do, proclaiming them Westerners, Easterners. Such thinking shows signs of racism in hidden way. I think there are more than 2 classes in the PRC. In descending order it might go something like this.
Party officials, Urban Chinese, Rural Chinese, Tibetans, South Mongolians, the locals in East Turkestan and Falun Gong at the bottom.

These people are not lying. China is a very disciplined country & discipline IS important. Without it you have criminals not too lightly punished like in the West. But there are so many videos on here showing the dilemma China are experiencing. They ran into Tibet without even knowing what Tibet was. A holy land of buddhism. They are hurting monks & buddhism. They dont understand that Tibetan Buddhist way of life is not opulent its simple. They want to be nomads. Some even want to live in caves.
HUMAN RIGHTS***** All minorities in China must have equal rights as the majority of Han Chinese. There can not be two class society, if China truly wish to be democratic power in modern world. To give minorities practicaly (not only on paper) the same democratic rights, will be good to development of China.
Problems of farmers are related to overgrasing of meadows, destroying micro climate in Tibet! They also must learn to adapt themselves to new circumstances ! Tara Tulku Rinpoche
