Are SWAT raids killing innocent?

A dynamic entry by a SWAT team is maybe the most violent thing that a police force can do. SWAT teams are not designed for search warrants; they are intended for the use of a barricaded area with hardened criminals. When innocent civilians homes are raided a number of things can go wrong and that leads to casualties.
