actually my S210 brings the lens out and in at each picture it takes : i stayed in front of it to be sure of : each 2 minutes it brings the lens out, takes the picture, then brings the lens in.
oh i see, but what about the S550 i had one that one lasted more than 2 hours b4 it died. i put it next to a clock right b4 i went 2 bed at 8:15pm and it died at a little after 10:30. and doesn't the camera stay on when u do a timelapse? because the lens is out the whole time.
yes the battery will still be charged even if it lasts 100 minutes : when u do a timelapse, the Nikon S210 works only 5 seconds for each picture : 1)swittching on - 2) taking the picture - 3) switching off : so u can do as many pictures as u want !
where did you set it..? and does this feature work well... say i put it aiming towards my dogs bed... throughout the school day she moves ...wheni get home will the battery still be charged
