My name is Lawrence Grecco. I live in New York City, and I'm a Life Coach and an Astrologer. I've been practicing Astrology for over 20 years. You can check out my website at zenrising.com. I'm here to talk to you today about Horoscopes.
Scorpio is the 8th sign of the zodiac, so if you were born between October 23rd and November 21st that makes you a Scorpio. The symbol for Scorpio is the Scorpion, and what's really interesting about Scorpions is that, out of the over 1000 different kinds of scorpions that exist, only about 20 of them are actually harmful to humans. So while scorpion people come up as being very intense and threatening at times they rarely will actually harm you unless really, really pushed to do so.

On the other hand Scorpio is also represented by the eagle which is also known for its courage and power. Scorpio is ruled by Pluto, God of the underworld and Mars, God of aggression and war. So above all Scorpios have a very, all or nothing approach to life, they're very intense and they don't approach things in a half hearted kind of manner. They're either completely immersed in something or they're not at all interested. So there's a very strong need to see under the surface of things through self exploration and penetrating the mysteries of life.

Some of the less than wonderful qualities of Scorpios sometimes, could be that they're a bit ruthless, power hungry, intense, overly passionate, overly aggressive, and invasive. Scorpios often live as what can be described as a life of extremes. Some famous Scorpios include Julia Roberts, Whoopi Goldberg, Bill Gates and Leonardo DiCaprio.
