Buckhunter, Thanks for watching my videos! About the Powertec equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by it. The movements are smooth. The lever arms work with our natural movement for the vast majority of the exercises. The machines handle a large amount of weight compared to some selectorized machines. When doing comparative shopping for other brands of home equipment you will be hard pressed to find something with similar capabilities for a price as good as that of Powertec.

Can you tell me what your honest opinion is of the powertec system that you modeled for in this advertisement? Is this a system that you have incorporated into your fitness regime while obtaining your impressive physique? Just curious because I have not seen you work out on this piece of equipment in any of your other videos.

@Praddersoleader First let me say this...Adding a compliment to an insult does not make it advice. That being said :) I have been working out for 18 years and have been a professional trainer for 7+. I can't believe I never thought to do a calf exercise for myself or with my clients. Just Kidding...of course I work them. You may notice that the majority of Athletic people have "high calves" By athletic I mean people with well over 35+" verticals and legit 4.6 40 times (when I was 230lbs.)
