@krackerhoofd Well what's odd is flamethrowers are COMPLETELY legal in all 50 states as I type this they are mostly used as a defoliant quite a useful tool.
Though what keeps people from owning them other than lack of practicality is sheer price 3K and up a pop + gas & propellant = wallet pain.
Though as a weapon yeah pretty darn dangerous to the user might as well hang a HUGE bull's eye on him shouting "SHOOT HERE, DUMBASS!" heh sorry had to...
