The Salt Must not be that Chemically Processed or else it is toxic and void of all nutrients. It should be Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt.

I have sarcoidosis. Sarcoid is in an inflammatory disease. Drinking water 8 glasses or so daily has tremendously helped my pain. Also, when I slip up and drink caffeine and/or sodas, I experience pain within 24 hours. It takes me about 2 to 3 days of just water to get back to the lower pain levels from drinking soda/teas.

My father died of cancer last year and I can't say if this was a contributing factor but I know he hated drinking water. I ended up having to take him to the hospital 3 times in the final 4 months of his life because of dehydration. I wish I had come across this information a year or two ago. I can't see how fighting dehydration could ever be a bad thing. This Medical Dr. is doing what he is trained to do and that is to protect his peers!

I hope those who are interested in being well will seek out 'The Beautiful Truth' story of Gerson's Cancer cure, his successes and to put it very mildly the troubles eventually had.
