hair tutorial curly and sexy

So this is related to the other make up tutorial I did of the Leighton Meester look. This hairstyle is inspired from a look I saw on Taylor Momsen on Gossip Girl one time and I fell in love with it. I have worn this so many times after I tried it out. And to all yah haters, go jump of a bridge or at least bake some muffins.
