Eggs Raw or Cooked are Avoidable

Hi, this is a question from Demitar who is asking whether it is fine or good to drink organic eggs, it is better than cooked eggs? I have a little confusion about that, thank you for all that you teach through your books.

I can tell you that I do not agree with Dr. Mercola you probably referring to him, who is drinking raw eggs everyday. This is not something I can recommend. I have my own personal reasons not to do that, I do not like drinking embryos of other animals, that just does not resonate with me. But, physically there are things in eggs that are very nutritious, are wonderful things, obviously because, chicken come out from an egg and so everything has to be there that creates a chicken. But, we are not chicken and we have different requirements, so, I have my reservations about eating other species eggs in order to nourish ourselves.

There is a chance of salmonella even in organic eggs that you may have to deal with if you eat them raw, if you eat them cooked then you have coagulation of proteins to deal with, that means, you damage or destroy the protein structures instead of having three dimensional protein you have two dimensional fragments of proteins and these damaged proteins can enter the blood stream and can obviously cause havoc to the blood vessel walls because damaged protein can create inflammatory responses. So either way, I am not recommending taking eggs either, in the raw form or, in cooked form. If you want to have proteins there is actually more protein, useable protein. in broccoli than is even in meat. Chia seeds is also filled with very natural, good, healthy proteins that would be my recommendation if you are looking for sources of good protein. Again it is my personal choice, other people may want to drink raw eggs it is not to my taste, I just would not even like the taste of raw eggs, if you like it you go ahead and see, let me know how it goes in the long term, but it is not something I would recommend.

  • @chamberoath Proteins have a chemical structure, that is the chemical order of the amino acids to form a linear chain. So for example: glycine-phenylglycine-alanine-glycine is a 4 amino acid protein. When heating, the molecule can be destroyed. The three dimensional structure is how the protein is shaped in solution in the cell. For example alpha or beta helix. This is very important for biological function. Heating changes the helix for example.

  • Drink Raw Milk, Eat farm fresh animal proteins from healthy animals.

  • RAW EGGS CAN BE EATEN BUT ONLY THE EGG YOLK. A SUBSTANCE IN THE EGG WHITE CALLED AVIDIN DESTROYS THE BIOTIN VITAMIN THAT MAINTAINS THE HAIR AND NAILS IN THE BODY. EATING LOTS OF UNCOOKED EGG WHITES CAN GET YOU BALD, WITH BRITTLE NAILS.

COOKING DESTROYS THE AVIDIN IN EGG WHITE. SO DEEP FRY YOUR EGGS. IT IS VERY GOOD TO EAT THE YOLK RAW BUT NOT THE WHITE. YOU CAN ASK THE AUTHORITY [ YOU TUBE / DR. ROBIN BULALO, NAVARRO ] EGG YOLK HAVE PHOSPHATIDYL-CHOLINE, EGG CHOLESTROL IS GOOD CHOLESTEROL.

  • @mssexc27 not all eggs end up to be "fertile" simples because,in order for an egg to be "fertile" the chicken and roaster hv to mate,,and chickens do not necessarily LAY EGGS with the help of a male chicken,,chickens are able to lay eggs, without the males, and those eggs are considered INFERTILE,and only those eggs which were the result of a MATE btw the male and female are considered FERTILE

  • i am not eating anything from animals and i am strong, i am fast and my skin is like a babys ass !!! go vegan my friend and find the real true in you, thanks for this video!!!

  • Protein Question: how does eating cooked eggs (or any other food that does this) destroy the protein structure? what's the difference between two dimensional and three dimensional proteins? why are two dimensional proteins considered "damaged" ?

  • tTy pistachios. Eggs have sulfur like hell.

  • Hi , I find I benefit from the fat(s) contained in eggs and cant seem to get by on just plant derived oils despite trying and failing on a vegan diet.. I am now ovo-vegetarian ~peace
