How to configure ePSXe (for lag free play)

the emulator is not actually that small it is fullscreen it is just my recorder will not change resolution, the graphics are perfect any change will be down to the recorder, Basically, TERRIBLE SCREEN RECORDER

hmm...even after doing that /what you did in the video/...i still cant record the game without lag on the video and on the sound.

Any idea how to fix that.

Btw. i use Camtasia 6 as recording device.
